Shipping and Delivery

FREE SHIPPING is available for all deliveries to Jabodetabek area.
Deliveries made to other areas are subject to rsatradingltd.com additional delivery charges. For all shipment outside Jabodetabek area, our consultants will be in touch with you to make the arrangements and calculate the charges.

DELIVERY DATE

Once your order is confirmed our sales project consultants will contact you to arrange the delivery and set the delivery date. In stock items are ready to ship within 7 days. For expedited delivery or special request such as gift wrapping and card you may contact us at (+62 21 22705111).

Delivery Terms

All orders can only be delivered after receiving full payment. Customers must give Katta at least 10 days notice to arrange deliveries. While every care will be taken to meet the delivery schedule, Katta is not responsible for any delays incurred due to circumstances that are beyond its control such as change in shipments and customs clearance regulations.

Cancellation and Return

Purchased items are not returnable, exchangeable, and refundable.

Stock and Availability

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issue, we will let you know in the earliest opportunity
We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder or incomplete payment.

Terms of Use

LEAD TIME

Lead times for NON- In-Stock Items are indicated per item basis in the quotation. Lead times are only counted starting from full down payment received and full order details confirmation by customer’s signature on the selected items to order.

PRODUCT FINISHING AND PICTURES

The picture of each product on our website is as described. However appearance of finishing and color may differ due to the light and condition when the picture is taken and accurate colors on the computer screen. You may request additional picture of each item in stock by contacting us at (+62 21 22705111).

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via bank transfer and credit card. Payment should be made strictly in 48 hours (2 days) after confirming the invoice.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Order Confirmation will be sent out by email to the email address you entered during the transaction. If you cannot transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You have to confirm your payment to validate your purchase. For any inquiry and status of your order you may contact us at (+62 21 22705111).

INSTALLATION

KATTA is NOT responsible for making sure that the goods purchased can fit into customer’s intended location and that all goods can be brought up by elevator.

PRODUCT WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE

KATTA gives 6 months store warranty to all products that you purchased from us with the exceptions of normal usage wear and tear on products finishes and upholstery.
KATTA always checks the condition of the purchased goods before being delivered, and KATTA makes sure that all products are delivered in good condition.
Please be sure to check the condition of the purchased product upon receiving. Our carrier/courier is required to ask you to sign a Delivery Order as approval that the product has been received in good condition. If you notice the product is damaged upon delivery, you are requested to refuse acceptance of the product and to immediately inform us through phone us at +62 21 22705111.
Once products are received, the condition of products is under the responsibility of the customer.

Do we need to make an appointment before visiting your showroom?
